ALLOWING NORTH KOREA NUCLEAR WEAPONS
The Security Council and General Assembly,
Alarmed by the fact that the DPRK has been creating nuclear weapons and currently has 12 nuclear bombs and is at this moment running nuclear power plants against resolution 1540 (2004) stating that chemical and biological weapons and their means of delivery constitutes a threat to international peace and security.
Keeping in mind that the DPRK has threatened multiple countries including Japan, United States and more creating a problem that must be addressed as soon as possible,
Bearing in mind that the DPRK’s long range missiles can not reach very far from North Korea at the moment, as North Korea improves its technology the missiles will be able to reach most places,
Having examined resolution 2094 (2013) Expressing its gravest concern that the DPRK’s ongoing nuclear and ballistic missile-related activities have further generated increased tension in the region and beyond, and determining that there continues to exist a clear threat to international peace and security,
Aware of the fact that North Korea is ready to fight back if necessary my country sees that it is necessary to take military action,
Fully believing that the DPRK is a real and present threat to the countries around it, thinking through a solution is a top priority,
As said in resolution 2050 (2012) Recalling the creation, pursuant to paragraph 26 of resolution 1874 (2009), of a Panel of Experts, under the direction of the Committee, to carry out the tasks provided for by that paragraph,
Noting with regret that declaring war on the DPRK will cause wreckage, revoking them of their nuclear weapons by war or other persuasion will all around help the world,
1. Emphasises that talking about the issue has done nothing and that actions must be taken;
2. Draws the attention to the fact that Japan is very close to the DPRK and wishes to take action by military;
3. Further reminds that the distance between the DPRK and japan is only one thousand forty three kilometers and their nuclear weapons can easily reach Japan;
4. Further invites the DPRK to re sign the six party agreement on stopping the fabrication of nuclear weapons;
5. Draws the attention to the fact that the DPRK has signed the agreement to stop nuclear construction but has resigned multiple times and the agreement should be bound with consequences:
(b) Stopping all imports to the DPRK
6. Calls upon all countries around the DPRK to realize the effect that it is having on them;
7. Welcomes all countries who wish to take action on the DPRK to help to de nuclearize and eliminate the hostility between the DPRK and other neighboring countries;
8. Further requests that a war is started with the DPRK to eliminate all nuclear weapons existing and being made in the DPRK.
